{giveaway}

This is the first {giveaway} I've done here on the blog...I agonized over what I wanted to give as the giveaway prize. I'm a huge supporter of the handmade community and thought about purchasing an item from one of the many talented handmade artists I know, but I wanted the giveaway to really fit anyone.

Then yesterday while I was doing errands it hit me...courtesy of a blogger and artist I truly admire...I decided a Target gift card {$30} was the way to go....now you may think {WHY?}

{1} It's the perfect size and color for anyone.
{2} It can be a treat for {you}, a much needed bit of cash to buy some household necessaties, or even a bit of money to add to your Christmas budget.
{3} and the real reason....I read a blog by Lisa Leonard and while I enjoy her blog/LOVE her jewelry, I find myself looking forward to her {what I wore wednesday} post each week...she's got such a cute style...and always seems to have some item in her wardrobe from Target.

It just might be LOVE

Yesterday while I was running a few errands, I believe I found a new {love}!

I've waited patiently and staked out all the stores for the seasonal release of coffeemates pumpkin spice creamer.....and then yesterday, it all came together for me....Imagine as I stood in the coffee aisle and saw Dunkin Donuts PUMKIN SPICE COFFEE que the music and lights! It just might be LOVE!

Working on Menu Monday

This week I started out by getting a dinner selection for my hubb's and my kids so the menu is put together, now to get the groceries lined up and get it all in order.

{Sunday} Family Pizza night!

MONDAY, MONday, Monday, monday!

This week is going to be a test for the entire family.
{1} and absolutely MOST important, we're awaiting a phone call from my mom with the dates and plans for her surgery. She's had a very difficult couple of weeks and is at the point where it's [time] for the open heart surgery she needs. All of our thoughts, prayers and focus is on her and my dad.

while I wait on the call I'm scrambling to get as much work done as possible

{2}I've put together a menu plan for the week, everyone in the fam picked their choice for dinner one night. So now it's time to plan the grocery list and make a run to the grocery store.

{3}I'm going to be adding a few [Wall Word] decals to the shop today

{4}I need a trip to office max for shipping tubes and to go coffee cups!

{5}I'll be working on a blog makeover.
