I managed to get Tommy's favorite meatballs ready and into the crockpot for dinner tonight. My son Tommy loves these so it'll be a nice treat for him tonight.
Tommy' Favorite Meatballs
1 pkg jimmy dean sausage (HOT)
1.5 lbs ground beef
4 slices of bread dried and crumbled
salt
pepper
Mix that well and form into meatballs. Pop them in the crockpot and pour in 1 large can of tomato sauce.
Finish off the sauce with a couple tablespoons of finely chopped onions, a sprinkle of oregano, a sprinkle of garlic and salt and pepper to taste.
I cook them on the crockpot all day and serve over rotelle for an quick easy dinner.
